Amey-Colas, the 50/50 Joint Venture with Amey, has been the track renewal contractor for Network Rail’s Western Territory since 1998. Together with Network Rail, the fully Integrated Management Team (IMT) and partnership-based approach have helped drive out duplicated costs and increase efficiencies. Following Network Rail’s ‘six to four’ initiative Amey-Colas is now the second largest track renewals contractor in the UK.
