Colas Rail operates a 24/7 control room based in Rugby and is currently looking for Control room staff.  This demanding role will be responsible for dealing with operational issues which can range from booking staff on duty via the phone to dealing with any major issue which may occur during a shift.

The role will require the post holder to work as part of a shift pattern which will require night, weekend and bank holiday working.

Experience in TOPS is not essential but would be an advantage

Knowledge of OTM operations and train pathing would be beneficial
