Colas Rail has established a
new engineering and design
service to help with the
major challenges facing our
rail clients.
Based in Manchester and led
by Julie Carrier, Colas Rail
Engineering will
serve clients across the
whole of the UK. We offer
multi-disciplinary services
in three key areas:
platform extensions, line
speed improvements and
capacity enhancements.
We also offer fully integrated
signalling design,
electrification and power
design (OLE and 3rd rail), permanent way design and
civil design.
Our driving ambition is to
introduce efficiencies, to
find innovative approaches
to make life easier for our
clients, helping them
deliver on their demanding
agendas.
This will only work through
collaborative behaviour,
flexibility and openness.
